ADA Compliance Coordination and Complaints
The City of St. Albans is in the process of updating ADA compliance procedures, assessments and transition plans.
Chip Sawyer, Director of Planning & Development, is the City's coordinator for compliance with 28 CFR 35 and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Chip will contact the complainant within 15 calendar days after receipt of the complaint to discuss the complaint and will respond in writing within 15 days of the discussion.
