The Change in Valuation Notices are being mailed on Friday, May 29th. Please allow for a few business days for these to be delivered by the USPS.
*The below date are estimates and are subject to
change. Follow the final dates on the mailing
that will be sent to residents with valuation changes.
Or check with the Assessing office to confirm if any dates have changed.

GRIEVANCE PROCESS 2026
Change of Assessment Letters will be mailed out on Friday, May 29th.
Grievance Applications must be received by June 12, 2025 at 4:30PM. *Note the postmark is not accepted as the date of delivery.
Grievance Hearings will be scheduled between June 15 and June 26 - by appointment only. Details of how to book your hearing can be found on the Grievance Application.
Grievance Decision Letters will be mailed no later than July 6th.
The Grievance Application WILL BE posted online after the change letters are sent. They will be available in the ASSESSOR'S OFFICE as well.
Applications can be submitted via email, dropped off to City Hall, or a hard copy submitted via the mail.
