Notice To Taxpayers 2021-22

 

The Change in Valuation Notices are being mailed on Friday, May 30th.  Please allow for a few business days for these to be delivered by the USPS.

GRIEVANCE PROCESS

Change of Assessment Letters will be mailed out on Friday, May 30th.   

Grievance Applications must be received by June 13, 2025 at 4:30PM*Note the postmark is not accepted as the date of delivery.

Grievance Hearings will be scheduled between June 16 and June 27, 2025 - by appointment only. Details of how to book your hearing can be found on the Grievance Application.

Grievance Decision Letters will be mailed no later than July 7th. 2025.

The Grievance Application is ONLINE, CLICK HERE, or in the ASSESSOR'S OFFICE.

Applications can be submitted via email, dropped off to City Hall, or a hard copy submitted via the mail.
