St. Albans City Plan

Our City Plan sets policies and priorities for the regulation of land use in our community, as well as other programs and new ideas and initiatives.  The Plan is drafted by the City Planning Commission and adopted by the City Council.

The 2026 St. Albans City Plan:

Our current City Plan was adopted by the City Council in February 2026.

The plan is currently being considered by the Northwest Regional Planning Commission for their approval.
