St. Albans City Planning and Development Boards

The St. Albans City Design Advisory Board provides special opinions on the look and feel of proposed development in the City's Design Review Districts.
The St. Albans City Development Review Board carries out our community's Land Development Regulations in the cases that appear before it.
The St. Albans City Downtown Board advises the development and revitalization efforts of the City's Downtown Program and acts as the Board of Directors for St. Albans for the Future, the nonprofit downtown organization.
The St. Albans City Planning Commission advises the City's planning program, discusses new initiatives for the management of growth and development in the City and drafts the Municipal Plan and Land Development Regulations.

Design Advisory Board: fourth Monday of every month at 6:30 PM.
