Request for Proposals for Website Consulting and Services
The City of St. Albans has partnered with St. Albans For the Future, Inc. (SAFF), a nonprofit organization committed to enhancing the vitality of Downtown St. Albans. The City Downtown Board, appointed by the City Council, serves as the board of directors for SAFF and oversees various downtown programming, events, and marketing activities.
Currently, the City of St. Albans operates a website in conjunction with a Facebook page and Instagram account. The goal of the downtown program is to strengthen its online presence, supporting ongoing activities and attracting new business, economic, and cultural engagement in the downtown area.
To achieve this, the City seeks a professional consultant to assist with updating or rebuilding the website, in collaboration with City staff and volunteers who will handle some of the content management.
