Proposed Amendments to the Land Development Regulations

The St. Albans City Council will hold a first reading and public hearing to consider proposed amendments to the City’s Land Use Development Regulations.

The purposes of the proposed amendments are to allow multi-family development on former or underutilized commercial/industrial lots on Lower Welden Street by adding them to the Multi-Dwelling Overlay District (MDOD) and also to adjust the parking requirements for the district.

This amendment would have an effect on development on the subject properties and the MDOD.

The proposed amendment may be viewed at the St. Albans City Clerk’s Office, St. Albans City Hall, 100 North Main Street or at the link below.
