They are blinking...AGAIN
The traffic lights for the Downtown St. Albans Shopping Center (Post Office, 14th Star, etc.) are limited to blinking mode at this time, due to damage. Public Works is aware of the issue and working on a fix. We apologize for the frustration. PLEASE REMEMBER that traffic must yield to pedestrians in a crosswalk on a blinking yellow light.
