Join in the CityPlan Discussion

The St. Albans City Plan sets policies and priorities for the regulation of land use in our community, as well as other programs and new ideas and initiatives.  The Plan is drafted by the City Planning Commission and adopted by the City Council.

Our current City Plan was last re-adopted on June 11, 2012, following more than a year of extensive public involvement.

NOW the Planning Commission is engaged in the CityPlan effort to develop our 2017 document.  Keep checking the City Plan webpage for information on PC meetings and topics to be covered.
