Public Health and Safety Ordinance Reminder

Just a reminder:

As mowing season is upon us, we just want to remind all property owners of the City of St. Albans that they shall adhere to the Public Health and Safety Ordinance's (PHSO) of the City. One of the common issues falls under The PHSO Section 3, Subsection L:

Premises.  All properties located in the City of St. Albans shall be kept clean, safe, and sanitary, free from waste, trash, rubbish, debris or excessive vegetation, and shall cause any hazardous condition or threat to the public health or safety.  Lawns shall not be allowed to exceed ten inches in height.
