St. Albans Police Dept. Patches for Cancer
The Franklin County Area Cancer Network is a non-profit organization started in 2012 by a group of compassionate volunteers from Franklin County who recognized a need to provide financial assistance to people who had been diagnosed with cancer. FCACN acts as an emergency fund to help people in the Franklin County area with small grants while they are going through their journey with cancer.
All administrative services are donated. There are no paid employees of the organization, only volunteers. This means that 100% of all donations are used to assist cancer patients. In 2018, FCACN distributed $32,000 in small grants to individuals living in Franklin County.
