Proposed Changes to City Ordinances

The St. Albans City Council will hold a public hearing and second reading of revisions to the City Ordinance governing Operation of Vehicles and Timed Parking Zones, Title 17, Sections 5165 and 5202. After the hearing is closed, the Council may vote on adoption of the ordinance.

Effects of the Proposed Ordinance Revisions:

These revisions include technical corrections to the list of stop signs under Section 5165 to be in accordance with past City Council amendments. The revisions also include technical corrections to the location of current traffic control lights in Section 5202, as well as the inclusion of the planned light at Federal, Lake and Catherine Streets.
