Extended Tim's House Shelter Hours Due to Extreme Cold

The lobby of Tim's House emergency shelter, located at 20 Kingman Street in St. Albans, will be extending its normal operating hours to ensure residents have access to warm indoor space through the upcoming cold snap.

 

CVOEO's Samaritan House will keep the lobby open and fully staffed from 8AM on Friday, February 3rd until noon on Sunday, February 5th. All are welcome, including pets (pets must be on a leash at all times). You do not need to be a resident of Franklin/Grand Isle counties and no ID is required.

 

Transportation is available through Green Mountain Transit's #110 St. Albans Downtown Shuttle and the closest stop is Main St. at Bank St. (Stop 7).

 

Samaritan House staff will pick up meals from Martha's Community Kitchen on Friday and Saturday. Water and coffee are available onsite.
