Halloween in the City During Covid-19

The St. Albans City Council would like residents and visitors to know that the City is supportive of Halloween and trick-or-treating activities that follow COVID-19 guidelines this year.

This month, State officials have said that trick-or-treating could be carried out in a healthy way by keeping groups small and 6 feet apart as you walk around and by considering putting candy out instead of having ghosts and goblins walk up to your door.

Please avoid activities that tend to create large crowds.
