REMINDER:
Now that the warmer weather has shown its face, we all feel the need to do a bit of cleaning and purging. Please remember that leaving your discarded items, trash and other objects in the City Right of Way is a violation of local ordinances. Even if you put a "Free" sign on the pile it is still a violation. Trash receptacles are to be removed from the City Right of Way the same day your trash is picked up. The city will be issuing individual warnings with a 48 hour grace period. After the warning, fines can be as high as $100 per day. Let's all pitch in to keep our city clean. Questions? Stop by or give the City Property Services Office a call at (802) 524-1500 ext *262, St. Albans City Hall.
