Paperless Utility Billing

The City of St Albans is now offering to send utility bills electronically! You can register to have your Water and Sewer bills emailed to you by registering here. Please be mindful that only property owners can elect to enroll in paperless utility billing. If you are the owner of multiple properties, you will have to register each utility account to be enrolled in paperless billing, and bills will be emailed separately each billing period.
