Proposed Amendments to Park Rules

ST. ALBANS CITY COUNCIL

The St. Albans City Council will hold a second reading and public hearing to consider proposed amendments to the City Ordinances.  After the hearing, the Council may consider adoption of the amendments.

The purpose of the amendments is to update and clarify rules concerning parks.
• Section 3903: prohibit bikes, skateboards and scooters in Taylor Park.
• Sec. 3918: update the hours of usage of Taylor Park.
• Sec. 3920: add to the smoking prohibition.
• Sec. 3921: prohibit camping.

The proposed amendments may be viewed at the City Clerk’s Office, St. Albans City Hall, 100 No. Main St. or via the link below.
