Budget Information
The City of St. Albans prepares a budget annually for the General Fund and for the Enterprise Funds. The General Fund budget is presented to voters on town meeting day each March. The Enterprise Fund budgets are presented to the City Council in late spring each year and are approved by the City Council. The City's fiscal year runs from July 1 through June 30 for all funds.
