St. Albans City Plan

Our City Plan sets policies and priorities for the regulation of land use in our community, as well as other programs and new ideas and initiatives.  The Plan is drafted by the City Planning Commission and adopted by the City Council.

Updating the City Plan for 2025:  

A new draft of the City Plan is available for public comment.  The City Council will hold a second public hearing on February 9th at 6:30 PM.

 

The 2017 St. Albans City Plan:

Our current City Plan was adopted in August 2017.
