Permit Forms and Other Applications

We have made the following documents available here for your use.  Please keep the following things in mind:

1. These forms are for printing and bringing to the Planning and Permitting Office at City Hall on 100 North Main Street, St. Albans.  If you have any questions about them, please feel free to call or stop by.  Permitting office hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.
2. It is possible that forms can be updated in the office and not immediately updated on this website.
3. There are many cases in which you will need a permit.  Please do not move forward with a project or activity on your property just to find out that you are missing necessary permits.  It is best to check with us first, plus our staff can answer many project-related questions.  Please contact Sara Bennett at 802-524-1500 x262 or s.bennett@stalbansvt.com.
