St. Albans City Plan
Our City Plan sets policies and priorities for the regulation of land use in our community, as well as other programs and new ideas and initiatives. The Plan is drafted by the City Planning Commission and adopted by the City Council.
Updating the City Plan for 2025:
Where would you like to see the City of St. Albans in 10 years? The City Planning Commission has started working on the 2025 City Plan, which will look out to 2033 and beyond. The City Plan provides the basis for our land use zoning rules, but it can also lay the groundwork for efforts addressing health, equity, the environment, public safety, economic development and more.
The first round of our City Plan Survey has finished. Stay tuned to this webpage for future opportunities to provide your input!
